When I was younger, I dreamed of writing greeting cards for a living. Our local Hallmark store was the cutest shop ever ( it was the 80's). My friends would rather spend their time at CLOTHESTIME (again, it was the 80's) but I prefer to stroll through the Precious Moments filled store, isle by isle, reading cards. I think I read every funny card in stock, which at the time meant shoebox greetings. The old lady humor was revolutionary! Seriously.
So when I came across the somee site recently, I instantly jumped at the chance of making my own kind of greeting card humor. Here is a sample.
So I was going through some old notes and came across this little lovely I made a couple years back. She still makes me smile. Ain't she sweet?!
To be very candid with you I was considering recycling a few posts from my old blog. I know, right?!
Can I be ANY more lazy?
Short answer -YES.
But I think I will try to put together a little DIY with a TWIST this weekend instead.
I know what you are thinking. Why would anyone want to put a Donkey on their pin board?
Short answer- Me and maybe one more person that comes across this blog?
